AMERINOX PROCESSING has installed its upgrades and improvements to its RedBud cut to length and blanking to the produce flat sheets and blanks to the tightest tolerances available in the market. Those specifications for blanking sizes and tolerances will be published shortly.

AMERINOX PROCESSING has upgraded and commissioned its light gauge cut to length line ahead of schedule.
Thanks to planning and performance by our team, the line is exceeding our expectations delivering flat sheets at higher rates of production to serve the markets needs for thin sheet; bare, paper interleaved, or PVC protected. We will keep you updated as to the progress of the remaining three phases of our four phase improvement plan.

AMERINOX PROCESSING has committed to a four-stage series of investments to continue to pursue the best in processing technologies, both by upgrading our existing lines and adding additional equipment to exceed market demands for quality, scope of service offered, and expedience in order fulfillment.

AMERINOX PROCESSSING is proud to announce the successful installation and commissioning of two new advanced back pass heads in our coil polishing line. The company had so much faith in these new heads we installed TWO in tandem! Maximum coil input width at 62”.

- Two sided polished made simpler and more economical.
- 10 through 26 gauge, virtually no limitations.
